A four-part pre-recorded yoga series designed to support adult wellbeing, reduce stress, and boost team morale, one calming breath at a time.

Yoga empowers individuals to pause, reset, and reconnect not only with themselves but with others around them. In the modern word, it’s become a powerful tool to support mental health, encourage mindfulness, and create more positive, productive environments.

Yoga Video Series –Wellbeing & Mental Health Support

  • Support your staff’s mental health and well-being with this accessible series of four 20-minute yoga sessions

  • Session 1 – A gentle and relaxing yoga flow to reduce stress and promote calm.

  •  Session 2 – A peaceful warrior flow to build inner strength and resilience.

  • Session 3 – An introduction to sun salutations to energize and uplift.

  • Session 4 – A restorative yin yoga session for deep relaxation and mental clarity.

These sessions are designed for all levels and can be practiced in any quiet space.
