SATs Preparation

Yogi Minds is a course designed to embed resilience mindfulness and yoga for stress relief into school and home life for the child, focusing on exam stress.

It covers:

 

Introduction to yoga and mindfulness and how to use this in school life

Exam stress and techniques to deal with these emotions

We booked The Yogi Group for a teacher wellness evening as part of one of our staff meetings.  Teaching is a very mentally demanding profession and this session helped each and everyone to unwind and relax.  It was obvious how much our staff members benefitted from the session.  I certainly felt revitalised and it was so good to take a moment and dedicate my body and mind to a place which was away from the demands of our jobs.  All the staff at The Yogi Group were fantastic from creative director Laura to our teacher Claire who guided us through the session.  I would certainly recommend The Yogi Group to boost your staff's mental wellbeing and wellness and we will be booking again for sure.
