Why Choose
Yogi Blossoms?

Here at the Yogi Group, we have been delivering yoga, mindfulness, resilience and mental health sessions since 2015
Our Yogi Blossoms programme is designed to link with the EYFS and Key Stage 1 National Curriculum through gentle yoga movements, games and breathing techniques to encourage healthy emotional and physical development for your children.
Our mental health and movement-based programs help to prepare and help children through nursery and the early years of school. They consist of an easy to follow program with access to an online portal, accessible through our website.

National Curriculum, EYFS and KS1 Physical Education Targets
Yogi Blossoms has been carefully designed to link with the National Curriculum Framework for EYFS and KS1, so by running our sessions and using the resources, you are helping your children achieve their goals.
Use the children's resources to help children improve their literacy, numeracy and mark making skills, as well as helping them develop their social and emotional literacy.

EYFS Physical Education Targets
Physical development is an all round development of a healthy body and social and emotional well being.
Throughout the Yogi Blossoms programme, children focus on fine and gross motor skills. During the Yogi sessions, stories and resources, we develop opportunities for play by creating games. The movements help to develop core strength, balance, stability and spatial awareness. The use of fine motor control and precision helps with hand eye coordination and the resources are linked to early literacy skills and early mark making. Repeated words and actions allow children to develop proficiency and control with confidence.

If you are an education or childcare setting, ensuring the well-being of your staff has never been more important.
Ofsted considers staff wellbeing as part of the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and the Department for Education (DfE) have set out their principles of staff wellbeing in The Education Staff Wellbeing Charter.
Wellbeing is a shared responsibility

Our Adult Wellbeing sessions and resources are designed to give your staff an opportunity to unwind and relax, focus on themselves, and to improve their own physical and mental health so they are more ready to look after the children in their care.
