into the classroom.

· 1 set of The Yogi Group Activity Cards that includes 36 yoga, breathing techniques,
resilience and mindfulness resources to embed into the curriculum. These were
developed exclusively by The Yogi Group to support and underpin the work we do in

Teacher Wellness – Relax, Revive, Reset

(1 hour, max. 30 staff; twilight or inset session)

Take a break from everyday life and stress and enjoy some time to relax, revive and restore.


This practice encompasses mediation, mindfulness practice and yoga poses. Every pose aims
to support the optimal functioning of the joints, muscles, and organs. The class will include
both gentle and restorative postures as well as a chance to take part in Yoga Nidra – a deep
relaxation technique and a form of meditation.

Give yourself the gift of mindfulness and body awareness in this class rooted in ancient
teachings combined with 21st century methodology. Create strength, stability, and support for
the spine and the whole body by syncing breath and movement in this flow-based class. Find
energy, strength, and flexibility while staying kind and gentle to yourself.
