Addressing mental health issues amongst our children is vital and we believe that now has never been a more appropriate time to support our children with emotional and self-regulation.

Our Yogi Blossoms program is designed to link with the EYFS and Key Stage 1 National Curriculum through gentle yoga movements, games and breathing techniques to encourage healthy emotional and physical development.

This program is aimed at 2-7 year olds and focuses on the connection between our body, our mind and our breath.

Our mental health and movement-based programs help to prepare and help children through nursery and the early years of school. They consist of an easy to follow program with access to an online portal, accessible through our website.
